Who we are:

Management Resource Group conducts confidential searches for clients needing hard-to-find, passive senior-level candidates who are not active in the marketplace.

Our clients represent a diverse group of industries, professional services, and practice groups. 

As well, we serve the on-going needs of other Executive Search firms needing a specialized resource to assist in filling senior-level executive positions for their clients.

Industries and Specialty areas worked with include: Health Care, Big Pharma, CRO’s, Financial Services, Banking, Accounting, Big Four/Six Management Consulting, High Technology/IT, Transportation, Educational Institutions, and Addiction Recovery.

Candidates recruited by Management Resource Group come from companies in the US, Europe, Asia, and Latin American markets, as required. 

We do not utilize social network sites as candidate sources for client searches.
